Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing

When people are interested in learning to sail, we refer them to the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Program. 

The goal of the program is to offer persons with disabilities the opportunity to "take the helm" on boats specifically designed for crews of our patients. 吃瓜天堂91 Sports refers individuals interested in sailing to the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Program (JGASP). Founded in 1990 the program welcomes approximately one thousand disabled sailors each year and helps them develop new skills and gain confidence and self-esteem through sailing.

You too can feel the exhilaration of being on the water! The goal of the program is to offer persons with disabilities the opportunity to "take the helm" on boats specifically designed for crews with disabilities.

What Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Offers

Body

  • Well-maintained and safe boats designed especially for those with disabilities. The fleet includes eight double-handed Freedom Independence 20-foot sailboats, eight triple-handed Sonars, and four single-handed 2.4 meter sailboats.
