z Management of Memory Disorders

Description: This webinar will begin by defining the various types of memory disorders typically associated with patients with neurological diagnoses. Course content will then focus on the assessment tools used to identify these memory deficits and a variety of treatment goals, plans and strategies for therapist to implement when working with patients with these memory disorders. Examples of treatment goals addressing the various types of memory disorders to reinforce learning will be intertwined into the content.

  • Describe evidence based therapy techniques and memory strategies
  • Discuss how to develop goals and implement them into a treatment plan
